Born in 1975, DAVE BARANES is an urban artist who grew up in Drancy, a suburb of Paris, and who was immersed in hip-hop culture and urban art throughout his teenage years. Already as a child, he was passionate about drawing, and it was almost natural for him to turn to graffiti and decorative trompe l'oeil painting on walls.
